Us.
Started in June 2001, JMB
Consulting was initially created to provide marketing
assistance to software companies in the Bay Area (aka Silicon
Valley). It slowly evolved into what it is today, a Business
and Marketing Consulting firm for small to mid-size companies.
So what makes us different?
Simply put, we are not trying to solve all your marketing or
business problems. We have only one objective in mind. If you
are looking for a branding campaign, we are not who you are
looking for. We only focus on specific approaches and
strategies that have track records across multiple industries
to increase your company's client base and therefore your revenue. That's it.
You might wonder why you should
choose me and my company to help you with your marketing
needs, and that is a very legitimate question, so I would
answer with 2 points.
First, we only work with
companies we know we can help. We actually refuse more clients
than we accept!
Strange? Not so much from our
point of view. We know what we do best, we know who we can
help, how fast, and what results we can expect.
Prior to any business
discussion, we will both sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure
Agreement. Although doing so prevent us from providing
information about previous clients or projects, we believe it
is the right approach. It allows a better and more accurate
understanding of our clients needs and requirements. Should

Second, we put our money where
our mouth is! Over 80% of our fees are performance based, so
beside a small retainer fee, you have nothing to lose. This is
also why we are so picky in choosing our clients...
Want to know a little bit of my
background,?
30 years ago, I started my
professional life in the IT department of one of the largest
insurance company in Europe and soon became a System Engineer
developing programs and applications, including security
protocols and data encryption and protection.
After 10 years, I decided to
change and challenge myself when I accepted an offer for a
position in a large software company, first in France, and
then transferred to the USA, where I grew my business and
marketing skills, ending up being a Technical Marketing
Manager for a line of software products for mainframe
generating over $70milion/year.
in 2001, I made the third big
move of my career when I decided to create JMB Consulting. Not
an easy move by any definition, but a very exciting,
challenging and rewarding one.
This allowed me to expand my
horizon, work in various industries, including Mortgage, Real
Estate, Financial Services, Insurance, Internet Retailers,
Education and Training, Business Coaching, Healthcare to name
a few.
The result? A better
understanding of what works, what does not and why, and the
access to some unique strategies to help my clients.
